Our Process
From architectural planning and material selection to bespoke furnishings, procurement, and final installation,
Jody’s Inspiration oversees the complete design experience with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and refined execution.
Discover & Define
Every exceptional interior begins with understanding the people who will live within it. We begin with an in-depth consultation to learn about your lifestyle, preferences, aspirations, and the way you envision experiencing your space. We study the architecture, explore the possibilities, conduct extensive research, and establish the design direction, overall goals, and investment parameters for the project. Together, we define the vision that will guide every decision that follows.
Design & Develop
With your vision established, we translate ideas into a cohesive and highly considered design. Through conceptual designs, room boards and visual mock-ups, we give you an opportunity to experience the direction of your transformed space before it is brought to life. As the design develops, we refine every detail—from architectural elements, fixtures and finishes to furnishings, textiles, lighting, and custom pieces, culminating in a comprehensive design package with projected material costs for your review. Once the design is approved, we provide a detailed budget and design timeline to guide the project forward.
Manage & Execute
Once your design is approved, we move into the execution phase—where our expertise and attention to detail become essential. We oversee the design throughout construction, coordinating with architects, builders, trades, and vendors to ensure the approved vision is executed with precision. We remain closely involved throughout the process, monitoring progress, resolving details, and keeping you informed along the way. Our clients can trust us to protect the integrity of the design while managing the many moving pieces required to bring it to life.
Install & Reveal
The final stage is where every carefully considered detail comes together. We manage the entire installation exclusively through our trusted team of professional installers, coordinating the placement of furnishings, artwork, accessories, textiles, and every finishing element. Every piece is inspected, positioned, and styled with intention. Then, we step back and reveal the completed space—a fully realized interior that reflects your vision, your lifestyle, and the meticulous design journey we have shared.
