I am one of those fortunate people who loves my career. My real passion is to create designs that capture my clients' spirit, making their heart and mind race with excitement and possibility.

I've had an affection for interior design since I was a little girl. I remember my mother allowing me to select the new paint colors for our home when I was about 10 years old!

​

Early in my career, I began in the accounting industry, which blessed me with a thorough understanding of budgeting and finances. I bought and sold many homes, blending my design style and financial know-how. This led me into the home building industry with a prestigious luxury builder in Las Vegas.

I worked in the financial spectrum, but I yearned to design the homes. One day I marched into the Operations Manager and confessed my desire to stage the model homes. Lo and behold he gave me a chance. Soon I was running their Design Center, assisting clients with material selections, plumbing, lighting and more. I knew this was my calling.

I opened Jody's Inspiration for business in 2000, and since then I have been dedicated to helping my clients fall in love with their space. Whether you desire a whole home make over, single room refresh, or new design build, I am ready to devote myself and tackle your project head on with ease and grace.
